General Information

The All-in-One Grow Kit contains everything you need to grow your own Magic Mushrooms at home, allowing you to cultivate the trusted quality of McSmart Magic Mushrooms yourself.

Simply add water and follow the instructions. The All-in-One Grow Kit includes:

• 1 pre-colonized Grow Kit
• 1 grow bag with air filters
• 2 paper clips

On average, each Grow Kit can produce three flushes, with the first flush typically yielding the largest harvest. For the 1200cc Grow Kit, the first harvest can produce approximately 400 grams under suitable growing conditions.

When refrigerated, the Grow Kit has a shelf life of approximately 6 months. Outside of refrigeration, its shelf life is limited.

Grow Kit Instructions

Step 1

Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the outside of the Grow Kit with a dry cloth. Remove the lid and keep it for use in Step 2.

Step 2

Fill the Grow Kit to the brim with lukewarm water (20°C / 68°F). Replace the lid and allow the Grow Kit to soak for 5 minutes.

Important: Never soak the Grow Kit for longer than 1 hour.

Step 3

Remove the lid and carefully drain all the water. Allow the Grow Kit to drain for approximately 10 seconds.

Step 4

Place the Grow Kit inside the grow bag and add one cup (200–250 ml) of lukewarm water (20°C / 68°F) to the bag. Fold the top of the bag over and seal it using the two paper clips.

Step 5

Place the Grow Kit in a room with a temperature between 20°C and 25°C (68°F–77°F).

Ensure that the Grow Kit:

• Is not exposed to direct sunlight.
• Is not placed beneath a lamp.
• Is kept away from radiators or other heat sources.

Important: Keep the grow bag sealed until the pinheads have formed. During this stage, both humidity and CO₂ levels should remain as high as possible.

Step 6

Once the first pinheads become visible, open the grow bag each day for a few minutes to allow fresh air inside. After airing the bag, lightly mist the Grow Kit using a plant sprayer.

Pinheads are the first visible formations of the mushrooms. They usually appear after 10 to 20 days.

Step 7

The mushrooms are ready for harvest just before the thin veil underneath the cap begins to separate.

To harvest:

• Gently grasp the stem.
• Twist it carefully from left to right.
• Once it loosens, pull the mushroom out as completely as possible.

Important: Remove the entire mushroom so there is room for new mushrooms to develop.

Step 8

Congratulations—your harvest is complete!

To produce another harvest (flush), simply repeat Steps 4 through 7.

Magic mushrooms contain the active compound psilocybin. In the body, psilocybin is converted into psilocin, a compound with hallucinogenic effects. Psilocin affects the brain’s serotonin system. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter involved in regulating mood, self-confidence, sleep, emotions, sexual activity, and appetite. By influencing serotonin activity, psilocin produces the well-known psychedelic experience.
